This past week, there was a Nintendo Direct that gave us a glimpse into what’s coming up for Nintendo; DLC for Super Smash Bros. and Mario Kart 8, Yoshi’s Woolly World, Mario Maker, Shin Megami Tensei x Fire Emblem and more were all presented in a spectacle that left us in awe. It also gave us another opportunity to go hunting for elusive amiibo; but that’s a rant for a different day.
As Nintendo prepares for its future, the oprainfall Retro Commercial Research Team — in other words, me — will present you with a look back at TV moments from the company’s past.
April Fool’s Day was also this week, and, like most sites, we had our share of fun with it.
