A senior bracer in the Kingdom of Liberl.

In 1st Chapter, Estelle set out from her hometown on a journey alongside her adoptive brother, Joshua.

After unraveling mysteries and fighting countless battles across the kingdom, she has grown immensely as both a bracer and as a person.

Now, Estelle must embark on a new adventure.

Not only to find Joshua, who vanished on the night of the Queen’s Birthday Festival, but also to uncover the mastermind behind the events that threatened the kingdom in 1st Chapter…

Joshua Bright (English VA: Johnny Yong Bosch, Japanese VA: Natsumi Fujiwara)

Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter | Character Art - Joshua

A boy adopted by the Bright family five years ago.

Has distinctive jet-black hair and amber eyes. A swift and precise combatant, Joshua also possesses unparalleled skill with the twin blades.

After growing up with Estelle and accompanying her across Liberl, the pair were promoted to senior bracers.

But then, on the night of the Queen’s Birthday Festival, Joshua revealed both his tragic past and true identity to Estelle…and vanished into the night.

Scherazard Harvey (English VA: Michelle Ruff, Japanese VA: Chika Anzai)

Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter | Character Art - Scherazard

A senior bracer known as the Silver Streak. A versatile fighter proficient with both her deadly whip and orbal arts.

Scherazard is a reliable and caring older sister figure to Estelle. She also loves alcohol, and is known to be uncontrollable when drunk.

She joins Estelle’s journey as a fellow bracer, aiding in the investigation of the mysterious organization behind the incidents that shook the kingdom in 1st Chapter.

Olivier Lenheim (English VA: Matthew Mercer, Japanese VA: Takehito Koyasu)

Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter | Character Art - Olivier

A traveling musician from the powerful Erebonian Empire in the north.

Olivier possesses extraordinary musical talent, and is capable of playing everything from the piano to the lute. He is also skilled with an orbal gun and arts. Unfortunately, his personality is extremely narcissistic and insufferable.

He has come to Liberl for some unknown purpose…which he constantly seems to neglect.

Even after the Queen’s Birthday Festival, he continues his leisurely travel around the kingdom, much to the displeasure of his childhood friend, imperial attaché Major Mueller Vander.

Agate Crosner (English VA: Ben Pronsky, Japanese VA: Taku Yashiro)

Like Scherazard, Agate joins Estelle on her journey to investigate the shadowy organization of Ouroboros and face Lorence once more.

Kloe Rinz (English VA: Cristina Vee, Japanese VA: Hina Yōmiya)

A levelheaded student at the prestigious Jenis Royal Academy.

Though gentle and kind, Kloe’s skills with a rapier — honed in her school fencing club — and her prowess in orbal arts rival those of the average bracer.

In 1st Chapter, events surrounding the Ruan region and Mercia Orphanage led her to develop a lasting bond with Estelle and Joshua.

When it came time to defend Liberl in the crisis that ensued later on, Kloe dedicated herself to the cause.

Now that things have settled down after the Queen’s Birthday Festival, she seems to have returned to her fulfilling academic life…or has she?

Tita Russell (English VA: Brianna Knickerbocker, Japanese VA: Hikaru Iida)

Granddaughter of the genius Professor Russell and a lover of machines just like the rest of her family.

Tita is an apprentice at the ZCF (Zeiss Central Factory), and has already demonstrated remarkable talent for her age.

She has equipped her self-made orbal cannon with all sorts of jamming devices and healing functions that are useful for battle.

Tita is an only child, so when she met Joshua and Estelle during the black orbment incident of 1st Chapter, she quickly began to think of them as her real brother and sister.

Zin Vathek (English VA: Vic Chao, Japanese VA: Tetsu Inada)

Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter | Character Art - Zin

A towering veteran bracer hailing from the Republic of Calvard. He is a martial arts practitioner of the Taito school, one of the three great Eastern martial arts schools.

Zin met Estelle, Joshua, and the others by chance as he was traveling to Grancel to compete in the Royal Tournament.

He soon found himself lending his strength to help resolve the kingdom’s crisis.

After the incident was settled, it seems he returned home at the request of the Republic’s Bracer Guild…but who knows what the future holds?
