Episode 11: The Climax Begins!

Welcome back to another episode of Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash!

Last time, we enlisted the help of Ecchi Kaizoku Sentai Senran Kagura in order refight all the bosses. However, before that, we had the Crimson Squad complete their arc of the P-1 Grand Prix. Which led to the revelation that all of this was essentially a trap.

Yep, all our favorite girls are now sealed away in this “paradise” with the man running PBS. Who is he? Why would he do this? And why is Ryōki running on rainbows?!

Additional Thoughts and Notes

So here we are. The start of the final chapter.

I gotta admit, I wasn’t sure what to expect going in, but so far it’s not bad. There are a couple of things I can nitpick on, of course. However, as a whole, there’s at least tension and the stakes have indeed been raised. Really, at this point, the only major stumbling block I can see is Ryōki’s return, but we’ll have to see what they actually end up doing with it.

Not as much to dwell upon this time, but I’m pretty sure I’ll have quite a bit to discuss over the next two episodes.
