It’s time for another Nintendo Download. This week there are only two featured titles, but there is a big list of new eShop games. Nintendo has also launched another My Nintendo sweepstakes. This time, 10 winners will get an “epic Monster Hunter prize” in the My Nintendo Ultimate MONSTER HUNTER amiibo Sweepstakes #1.

Featured Games

Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin ($59.99) is here. Landing on July 9th, it brings a new dose of the turn-based RPG flavor of Monster Hunter adventuring. Take on the role of the grandson of a legendary Rider known as Red. Your adventure begins when you encounter the Wyverian girl, Ena. She has been entrusted with protecting an egg that may hatch into a Rathalos. This has a great destructive potential if things go wrong.

Meanwhile, the action packed arcade game, Boomerang X ($19.99) has just launched as well. Once bustling locations were sacrificed in order to hide a myth. You’ll explore them as you utilize power gained from creatures you’ve defeated. Follow the Godpath to lost realms hidden below. It is up to you to cleanse these places of darkness.

Michael Fontanini
Michael is a veteran gamer in his late 30s, who grew up around video games, with fond memories of the oldies like the NES, SNES, and N64 among others. He loves Nintendo, but also plays a lot of games on his PC. Michael also enjoys going for walks/bike rides, loves animals, and enjoys thunderstorms (and science in general). I love Nintendo but I also play a lot of game's on PC, many of which are on steam. My favorite Nintendo game's include Zelda, Metroid, and Smash Bros to name a few. On PC I love the Half-Life games, as well as most all of the Source Engine games just to name a few.
