UPDATE: It appears SEGA has reinstated the IP block. Hopefully SEA will keep to their word and get this game localized for us very soon.
Some exciting news to come from a reader of mmostite.com. The IP block that stops Australian and American players from logging on to the English version of Phantasy Star Online 2 SEA has been removed for unknown reason. Players from both regions are now logging on without the use of a VPN.
