Vagrant Story Art Show Artnia

If you’re looking for Final Fantasy themed food and beverages to go with your art exhibitions, Square Enix’s Artnia café is the place for you. The café featured a Final Fantasy VIII exhibit back in April, and Vagrant Story is up next.  Beginning this week, the art of Vagrant Story will be on display, and visitors can even order special Vagrant Story themed drinks.

Riskbreaker Cocktail Artnia Leá Monde Cocktail Artnia
On the left we have Riskbreaker, a cocktail made up of soda and mint with a sweet and sour base. If you’re looking for something of the nonalcoholic variety, it can also be made with cranberry juice, soda, lemon, mint, and grenadine syrup. On the right is the Leá Monde, made with white wine, soda, cassis, lemon, grenadine syrup, and mint.

If these drinks don’t sound like your thing, no problem! There are plenty of other options on the menu. If you’re hungry, you can grab some adorably delicious pancakes of the moogle and chocobo variety:

The Strawberry Pancakes (left) come topped with strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. The chocolate pancakes (right) come topped with chocolate and bananas.

If you’re looking for dessert, there are some pretty fancy looking parfaits:

Aerith Parfait Artnia

The strawberry parfait comes with strawberries, vanilla ice cream, and panna cotta, and most importantly, Aerith’s little bow at the top. D’awwww!

Cloud Parfait Artnia

The chocolate parfait comes with chocolate panna cotta, coffee jelly, and banana ice cream. It’s topped with whipped cream, chocolate, bananas, and yes, that is a little chocolate replica of Cloud’s Buster Sword.

I’ll finish off this short sampling of the cafe menu with some awesome looking drinks:

Red Materia Cocktail Artnia

The Red Materia is made up of gin, lime juice, and crème de cassis.

Shiva Cocktail Artnia

The Shiva (based off the summon) is made up of  white rum, white curacao lychee, and lemon juice.

As mentioned, this is only a small sampling of the awesome menu offered by Artnia, and I’d definitely encourage everyone to check out the menu. All and all, between fantastic art exhibits and delicious themed food and drink, Artnia looks like an great place to visit for any Square Enix fan.

Artnia is located in Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan.
