Happy Birthdays

It’s time to celebrate another birthday. Happy Birthdays, an enhanced version of Birthdays the Beginning, arrives on Nintendo Switch on June 5th in North America, June 8th in Europe.

Originally for the PlayStation 4 and Steam, this version contains previous DLC, updated UI, the ability to choose from three pre-made environments or a blank one at the start, and a new skill system that involves capturing stars and using them to interact with your world. Cosmetic DLC will be now referred to as “Monuments” and can be earned by spending any stars you have accumulated and through in-game achievements.

NIS America describes Happy Birthdays in their press release:

From the legendary creator Mr. Yasuhiro Wada (TOYBOX Inc.), comes Happy Birthdays: a sandbox game in which players create cube-shaped worlds that give rise to diverse and unique lifeforms. With careful experimentation, players can shape the geograophy and alter the temperature of each world to create the conditions for life and witness the birth of an entire ecosystem!
