If you live in the US and have ever played a Shin Megami Tensei game, than no doubt you have been left wondering how awesome the characters would look if they were actually fully animated, instead of merely being portrayed as cardboard cutouts with text boxes beneath them. Well, this April, Japanese fans will enjoy watching their favorite characters from Devil Survivor 2 in the anime Devil Survivor 2 : The Animation. This adaptation is going to be directed by Seiji Kishi, known for Angel Beats!, Humanity Has Declined, Astro Fighter Sunred and the upcoming Persona 4 game, and Makoto Uezu, known for Carnival Phantasm, with music composed by Kotaro Nakagawa. If the trailer is anything to go by, then this will be a truly awesome adaptation, with great visuals and music. It is truly a thing of beauty watching Hinako, Io, Daichi and the Anguished One in action, as I’m sure you will agree after watching this trailer!
