Square Enix’s 3DS spin-off Final Fantasy Explorers was confirmed in July to receive a western release, months after the game had been released in Japan. But now the ante has been upped with the announcement of the massive Final Fantasy Explorers Collector’s Edition.
The game itself, Collector’s Edition or no, will notably come with all of the DLC that has been released in Japan. But the Collector’s Edition will also include a 20-track music CD, a limited edition artbook, a hard 3DS XL case, exclusive in-game quests, and a collector’s box illustrated by Yoshitaka Amano. The gargantuan bundle is available to pre-order exclusively on Square Enix’s online store for $69.99.
Final Fantasy Explorers and Final Fantasy Explorers Collector’s Edition will reach North America on January 26, and Europe on January 29.
