At Fate/Grand Order Fes. 2026, a panel for the Witch on the Holy Night anime film was held with special guests Haruka Tomatsu (Aoko Aozaki), Yusuke Kobayashi (Soujyurou Sizuki), and Kana Hanazawa (Alice Kuonji). Though the panel was for the anime film, a mobile version for the visual novel was announcedWitch on the Holy Night releases for mobile devices on November 20, 2026, the same date the anime film adaptation is scheduled to release. The mobile version will cost 2900 JPY (including tax) and is optimized for smartphones and, like the HD remaster, will have full voice acting. It supports multiple languages including Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese. The mobile version is currently only announced for release in Japan.

Witch on the Holy Night is developed by TYPE-MOON and first released for PC in 2012. The visual novel’s HD remaster released in 2022 for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch and 2023 for PC via Steam. It was first written in 1996 by Kinoko Nasu and it laid the groundwork (see note *6 in READ ME! column) for future works by Nasu such as Tsukihime and Fate/stay night.
