SQUARE ENIX has announced that any Android fans interested in playing DRAGON QUEST TACT can now officially pre-register for the closed beta. DRAGON QUEST TACT is an upcoming mobile tactics game where players will be able to use their favorite DRAGON QUEST monsters to fight on a grid styled map. SQUARE ENIX also mentions that there will be a Battle Road feature for an extra challenge, which has story content for players to learn more about their monsters.
Despite this closed beta being for Android users only, DRAGON QUEST TACT will be coming to both Android and iOS devices sometime in early 2021. A more specific release date has not been announced at this time. The game will be free to download with optional in-app purchases. You can check out the brand new trailer for the game down below.
