The Banner of the Maid: Miss Elisa’s Journal free DLC is coming to Nintendo Switch on October 3rd. It was previously released on Steam in August 2019, and is now available on PlayStation 4 according to the press release.

The riots in Paris have finally ended, and people are now wanting to know the truth about what has happened. Miss Elisa is a brave young journalist who dares to take the risk of digging into the mysteries around Pauline Bonaparte. Officer Bonaparte is the protagonist of the main campaign in Banner of the Maid, as she leads her troops to victory in an alternate French Revolution in the late 18th to 19th century. Here is the original game trailer:

The game is loaded with deep turn-based strategy combat in dynamic battlefields. As you lead your troops, you’ll sometimes need to deal with changing conditions like fog and snow, which may force you to change your tactics. There are over 30 generals in the game to serve you, including historical figures like Desaix, Murat, Lannes and more.

The Banner of the Maid: Miss Elisa’s Journal DLC on Switch and PlayStation 4 will take you through five brand new high difficulty missions. They can be unlocked at the salon once the player has finished the game’s main story. Are you ready for the challenge?

Michael Fontanini
Michael is a veteran gamer in his late 30s, who grew up around video games, with fond memories of the oldies like the NES, SNES, and N64 among others. He loves Nintendo, but also plays a lot of games on his PC. Michael also enjoys going for walks/bike rides, loves animals, and enjoys thunderstorms (and science in general). I love Nintendo but I also play a lot of game's on PC, many of which are on steam. My favorite Nintendo game's include Zelda, Metroid, and Smash Bros to name a few. On PC I love the Half-Life games, as well as most all of the Source Engine games just to name a few.
