If you’re a fan of horror games you might just want to take note that Infliction: Extended Cut has just launched on consoles as announced by it’s publisher, Blowfish Studios, in a recent press release.

Developed by Caustic Reality, Infliction: Extended Cut is a horror game in which a man must explore is family home in hopes of piecing together the events that lead to his family’s downfall. You’ll explore the home, solve puzzles, and try to uncover the mystery all while being pursued by a malevolent spirit. Checkout the trailer below:

Infliction was first released on Steam back in 2018. This extended cut announcement makes no mention of PC or Steam, and neither does the game’s website. Rather or not the Steam version has the same content, I can not say. Nonetheless, Infliction: Extended Cut is out now on XBox One, and PlayStation 4 with a Switch release promised in the near future. As always, you can find the press release below:

  • Piece it together – Read letters, find diaries, and examine the precious mementos of a broken family to understand the terrible events that led you here.
