XSEED Games has announced that Two popular titles in the Ys franchise have added new audio options on PC. Now both games will give you the option to switch between Japanese and English voices. To commemorate this update both title have been placed on sale. You can snag them up at Steam, GOG.com, and the Humble Store by Humble Bundle with a 25% discount for Ys: Memories of Celceta and 70% discount for Ys: The Oath in Felghana. This sale will last for week until February 26th. The upcoming PlayStation 4 release of Celceta will also support dual audio when it launches in Spring 2020.
XSEED Games, the independent-minded publishing brand of Marvelous USA, Inc., today released a free update for Ys: Memories of Celceta on Windows PC, adding an option for owners to switch between English audio and the original Japanese voice track. In addition, Ys: The Oath in Felghana on Windows PC received a free update today, adding the English voices that were originally exclusive to the PSP® (PlayStation®Portable) system release. To celebrate these significant updates, XSEED Games is hosting a sale for both titles on Steam, GOG.com, and the Humble Store by Humble Bundle for one week through February 26, with a 25% discount for Ys: Memories of Celceta and 70% discount for Ys: The Oath in Felghana. The PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system release of Ys: Memories of Celceta will also support dual audio when it launches in Spring 2020.
Ys: Memories of Celceta is developed by Nihon Falcom and will be published by XSEED Games for PS4™ system in North America this Spring. The Day 1 “Timeless Adventurer Edition” is available for preorder for a MSRP of $39.99 at the XSEED Games Store and other participating retailers, while the digital standalone edition will be available at launch on the PlayStation®Store for $29.99. Marvelous Europe will be publishing the title in European territories.
The “PS Vita” system version of Ys: Memories of Celceta was released on November 26, 2013 and the Windows PC release launched on July 25, 2018. This game has been rated Teen by the ESRB for PS4™ system.
The PSP® system version of Ys: The Oath in Felghana was released on November 2, 2010 and the Windows PC release launched on Steam on March 19, 2012.
