An official release date has finally been announced for the console release of Northgard. Northgard will be released on Nintendo Switch, PS4 and Xbox One this upcoming September 26th. Also, there will be a free expansion coming to PC this October. The expansion will be called Northgard: Conquest and it’s been described as, “procedurally-generated content where Viking commanders cooperatively work toward victory, with each player tackling their own missions and objectives.” Oh and one more thing, included in this news is the announcement that there will soon be a Northgard tabletop game. The tabletop game, titled Northgard: Uncharted Lands, will contain the original title’s Viking clans, tactics and resource-gathering. This tabletop entry will be playable among anywhere between two to five players. No date has been specified for Northgard: Uncharted Lands.
