Megalo Box | VIZ Media

VIZ Media has revealed that Megalo Box would be coming to Toonami on December 8. The broadcast will feature a brand new English dub. The cast for the dub has not been announced at this time.

Megalo Box is an anime TV series created to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Ashita no Joe. TMS Entertainment, the same studio that produced the second Ashita no Joe anime, returns to produce the series. Yō Moriyama directed the series and Mabanua composed the music. The series was originally simulcast on Crunchyroll and ran for 13 episodes. VIZ Media has licensed the series for release in North America.
