Starting today, players on all platforms can experience two all-new difficulty modes in DONTNOD Entertainment’s Vampyr. Story mode will have players focusing on the game’s narrative, lowering the difficulty of combat to a more comfortable level. Not your style? Hard mode will greatly increase the difficulty. The amount of experience gained from killing enemies will be lowered, making combat more important than ever. Players can choose either of these two new difficulties when starting a new game. Alternatively, a “Normal Mode” remains available for those wishing to play the game as it was initially released.

Alongside these new modes, a number of smaller patches and fixes are included in the update. PC players in particular can take advantage of Nvidia Ansel support, which will allow them to take 3D screenshots and view or share them using a number of different methods.
