Nintendo included some time for the Nintendo 3DS in the latest Nintendo Direct, including at least one major new announcement.

Kirby’s Extra Epic Yarn was the one brand-new 3DS release confirmed and brings back the 2010 Wii platformer with some new exclusive extras, like a challenge mode and new mini-games with playable King Dedede and Meta Knight. It launches in 2019.

The already-announced 3DS remake of Mario and Luigi: Bowser’s Inside Story got its subtitle and extra game mode: Bowser Jr.’s Journey. The new side game inclusion features Bowser Jr.’s quest to be king by gathering an army of minions. Mario and Luigi: Bowser’s Inside Story + Bowser Jr.’s Journey hits 3DS (sans 3D) on January 11th, 2019. It follows on 2017’s remake of the original Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga.

The already-launched YO-KAI WATCH BLASTERS will get extra download content later this month, a Moon Rabbit Crew mode. It adds even more missions, Yo-Kai, and a boss Yo-Kai based on Usapyon. You can download it in both Red Cat Corps. and White Dog Squad on September 27th.

Finally, Luigi’s Mansion on 3DS will add in a new co-op mode. Read more about it, and Luigi’s Mansion 3, right here.
