Anime NYC has announced the final artist joining Anisong World Matsuri this coming November. NYC-born J-Pop artist, nano, is the final artist joining and will perform on Friday, November 16. Nano joins an incredible lineup of Japanese artists for a 2-night concert extravaganza at the Hammerstein Ballroom in NYC.
The dates and artists performing for each date are as follows:
Day 1, Friday, November 16:

Day 2, Saturday, November 17:
- Morning Musume。’18
- Hironobu Kageyama
- Hiroshi Kitadani
- Shoko Nakagawa
Anisong World Matsuri has also released a special video message from Morning Musume。’18 for New York fans. The video also features comments from Haruna Iikubo, who is making her final overseas appearance at the event in November.
Ticket and pre-sale information is now available. Pre-sales open up for Anime NYC Mega Ticket holders on August 27 at 1 pm ET. The ticket sale dates are as follows:
- August 27 (Mon) – 1pm ET – Nov. 16 concert Pre-sale for Anime NYC Mega Ticket holders
- August 28 (Tue) – 1pm ET – Nov. 16 concert Pre-sale for Anime NYC Regular Ticket holders
- August 29 (Wed) – 1pm ET – Nov. 17 concert Pre-sale for Anime NYC Mega Ticket holders
- August 30 (Thu) – 1pm ET – Nov. 17 concert Pre-sale for Anime NYC Regular Ticket holders
- September 3 (Mon) – 1pm ET – General ticket sales begin

Please note, an Anime NYC badge is not required to attend the Anisong World Matsuri events at Hammerstein Ballroom. Additional events including live on-stage Q&A’s, autograph sessions and more featuring the Anisong World Matsuri artists will be held at the Anime NYC 2018 event at the Javits Center in NYC. A convention badge will be required to attend events held at the Javits Center.
