UK developer Panic Barn has announced Not Tonight, for Nintendo Switch, Steam, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. A mix of RPG, simulation, and management, Not Tonight promises a riveting tale of Brexit and government collapse. The game is set in a post-Brexit world where you either join a resistance as ‘Person of European Heritage #112’ to either fight the regime of the far-right or sit back and put the division in the past.

The developer describes some of the things you’ll be doing in Not Tonight to survive in a crumbling British society, including:

Man the doors of pubs, clubs, festivals and parties, finding work via the BouncR app
Check IDs, manage guestlists, and stop revellers from becoming unruly
Upgrade your apartment, bouncer and equipment to better prepare yourself for the future
Decide what lengths you’ll go to in order to survive in a Britain on the verge of collapse

Not Tonight will not launch tonight, but sometime later in 2018, to be published by No More Robots. If you wish to play the game early, you can partake in the game’s Discord to sign up for the beta on PC, where the game promises a ‘summer’ release window.
