Dragon Ball FighterZ Broly super

Bandai Namco has released the full trailer for the first DLC character coming to Dragon Ball FighterZ, Broly. First revealed alongside Bardock in late February with a brief 15-second teaser and a handful of screenshots, we now have the full (albeit still rather brief) trailer showing off a bit of gameplay for the Legendary Super Saiyan.

See the 30-second trailer below, complete with all the shouting and insane laughter one would expect from Broly:

Unsurprisingly, Broly is massive, towering above Goku in the trailer. Although it’s hard to glean much from the short glimpse of gameplay, he seems to be a grappler, similar to Dragon Ball FighterZ’s own Android 16, or Iron Tager and Potemkin from the BlazBlue and Guilty Gear series. It shows off a few of his moves, ending with his Eraser Cannon super – but no sign of whether it’s a level 1 or level 3 super.

Unfortunately, we don’t know exactly when Broly will be added to Dragon Ball FighterZ, with the only indication of a release window a vague “soon” from Bandai Namco. The game and season pass, including Broly, Bardock and at least six other characters, are currently available on Steam, PS4, and Xbox One.
