Nutaku has been releasing quite a few games lately and they don’t seem poised to slow down anytime soon.
Today brings us two new titles from the adult-game portal. First up there’s Sakura Gamer.
Sakura Gamer is the latest title from developer Winged Cloud. The story revolves around a girl who is known to her friends as Nekohime, though whose real name is Sayo. Nekohime, like many of us, wanted to get into video game development when she grew up. Sadly, reality decided that wasn’t in the plan and instead she’s become a computer repair technician. However, thanks to her friends, Suki and Clover, that dream may become a reality.
Personally, I find this idea relatable and interesting. Plus the fact that this seems to be a yuri title coupled with the high-quality artwork means this could be a neat diversion. If you’re a fan of yuri titles yourself keep this one in mind. Sakura Gamer will run you $10 normally, but at the moment it’s on sale for $9. Next, we have Kunoichi Rush.
Kunoichi Rush in contrast to Sakura Gamer looks to be an action-platformer. The story here is that in the world of Zaar, the ‘Demon Cult’ steals the ‘Magical Orb’ from your clan. Upon returning home, you as the kunoichi Lily, must brave 9 levels and get the orb back.
Unlike most normal platformers, where defeat is a bad thing, in a lot of H-games of this type defeat is just another part of the game and in fact encouraged. Many times being defeated by enemies results in an H-CG depicting the “consequences” of your actions, right before returning you to the action to try again. Kunoichi Rush seems to embody this type of gameplay.
If you’re curious about this one, Kunoichi Rush will normally run you $10, but at the moment is on sale for $7.
