It’s Still Danganronpa ~ Conclusion

Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony is a fantastic game from a technical point of view. The amount of love and polish put into the title shows not just in the amount of content, but in the improvements that Team Dangaronpa have made. While every game has its blemishes, what really holds back Danganronpa V3 is the more subjective elements of the story. Especially the ending. Sadly, that makes recommending this one a little tricky.

For me personally, this is my least favorite of the four Danganronpa games. As of this review, Ultra Despair Girls is still my personal favorite due to its writing and the chemistry of Komaru and Toko. Even so, Danganronpa V3 is not a horrible game by any means. There’s a ton of value for the price of $59.99 and you can easily spend hours on the extra modes. While Dangranronpa V3 may be a game wrapped in lies, it is still a Danganronpa game to the core and I’m still willing to give this team another chance at my Trigger Happy Heart.

Danganronpa V3 | Miu vs Byakuya
Despite everything, it was totally worth playing the game just to see Miu tell Byakuya off. Until next time everyone!
