atelier shallie plus

Tecmo Koei America has announced today that the enhanced Vita port, Atelier Shallie Plus will be offering free DLC to those who purchase the title in the first month of its release. This will be offered to both, the digital version that will be sold on the PlayStation Network, as well as the physical Limited Edition being offered on NIS America’s Online store. The DLC ranges from costumes for various characters to background music that is customizable to your choosing. They have also released a new trailer for the game, which you can check out below.

Players who purchase Atelier Shallie Plus: Alchemists of the Dusk Sea within its first month of sale – either the physical limited edition available on the NIS America Online Store or digitally through the PlayStation® Store – can dress up their characters in five fresh styles downloadable for free from the PlayStation®Store, including the Administrator Suit, Hero Girl Costume, Cosmo Fighter Costume, Sophie Style Costume and Plachta Style Costume. A special selection of background music will also be available to download for free for early purchasers, featuring choice tracks from the long-running Atelier franchise.

In Atelier Shallie Plus, fans of the series will meet familiar faces from other Atelier titles who aid heroines Shallistera and Shallotte on their journey through the world of Dusk. Returning characters who take on a larger role in Atelier Shallie Plus include Escha Malier, the eccentric specialist of old-style alchemy, Logix Ficsario, the down-to-earth alchemist and government official, and the talented Ayesha Altugle, famously known for her remedies and medications. Players can choose any of these characters to join their party as well as experience brand new event scenarios not present in the original Atelier Shallie: Alchemists of the Dusk Sea.

Atelier Shallie Plus is a PlayStation Vita exclusive and will be released on January 17 of next year.
