About Steve Baltimore

Steve started with oprainfall not long after the campaign moved from the IGN forums to Facebook. Ever since, he has been fighting to give all non-mainstream RPGs a fair voice. As the site admin, he will continue to do this and even show there is value in what some would deem "pure ecchi." He loves niche games and anime more than anything... well, except maybe Neptune.

Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth2 has the best OST in the series IMO. Will most likely get this OST.

I like V-II’s OST the best, but RB2’s is great as well 😀

  • Still waiting for the GOG version.

Unfortunately the only legal way of getting most PC Japanese games is through team 🙁 Really wish more pubs would release DRM-free physicals. That’s where the eroge localisers are ahead of everybody else.

    • Re;Birth 1 is on GOG, so it’ll probably be a while before they head over there… I hope.

Or, you know, you can import them.
