The Legend of Zelda on the Wii U has been faced with multiple delays and teased footage, but most recently fans have been speculating whether or not the game will be coming to the Wii U or NX and the gender of Link.
Twitter user Emily Rogers @ArcadeGril64 has posted answers to a few of these rumors. She is confirming the release of The Legend of Zelda on Wii U and NX, players will be able to choose the gender of Link, and there will be no voice acting for Link. You can read the series of Tweets below:
Rumor #1: Yes, Zelda is coming to both Wii U and NX. I confirmed it with a ton of people. You can choose which one to get. Or get both.

Rumor #2: I heard from multiple sources that you can choose between a male or female as your playable character in Zelda.

Rumor #3: There is voice acting for most of the characters…except Link.

Emily Rogers has been correct on some of her claims, like when she revealed what was to be Paper Mario: Color Splash. So now fans can only wait to see what will come out of these claims, while also wondering if this is what they want for this long standing franchise.
The Legend of Zelda is coming to Wii U.
[Author’s Edit] It’s been brought to my attention that the Tweet says, “choose between a male of female as your playable character in Zelda”. This has no mention of Link, so this could be referring to an unrevealed character. We will be sure to update the readers as the story develops. Thank’s KissDisqus.
