After reports that GameStop retail stores in North America only received 420 copies of the Wii U exclusive Devil’s Third – after preorder copies – game collectors and resellers have emerged on eBay and Amazon offering the game for $100+. Amazon has also sold out of their ‘new’ stock and offer only 3rd party copies.
The extremely high asking price of the game will be sure to make it hard for any fans who did not preorder. It’s good to mention that there is no official word from Nintendo that Devil’s Third is sold out, but with the lack of the companies acknowledgment of the game’s existence that word might never come.
