Nintendo Download: July 1st, 2014 (Europe)

Pretty good week of releases in this week’s Nintendo Download Europe. Guacamelee! will be coming to Wii U tomorrow with the Super Turbo Championship Edition. On Thursday, we have the releases of Adventure Island to the Wii U Virtual Console and Chibi-Robo! Let’s Go, Photo! on the 3DS. And then on Friday, we have the release of Pokemon Art Academy.

Nintendo eShop on Wii U

• Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition

“Game Description: Guacamelee! STCE is a Metroidvania-style action-platformer set in a magical world inspired by traditional Mexican culture and folklore. The game features melee combat, parallel dimensions and same-screen co-op. This new Super Turbo Championship Edition also includes extra abilities, more level content and enhanced graphics. Also chickens.”

Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition will be available on July 2nd for €13.99/£11.99/CHF 17.25.

• Armillo

“Game Description: Armillo is a rolling platforming game with a sci-fi parallel universe theme. Roll around in spherical 3D worlds. Then enter a bonus stage on the moon. There’s also the evil parallel universe and special 2D speed-run inspired levels. Lots of unexpected deadly twists, and surprises await!”

Armillo will be available for €6.00/£5.50/CHF 8.50. However, you can purchase the game at a discounted price of €4.50/£4.00/CHF 6.50 until July 24th.

• Flowerworks HD: Follie’s Adventure

Flowerworks HD: Follie’s Adventure will be available for €5.00/£4.00/CHF 7.00. However, you can purchase the game for €2.50/£2.00/CHF 3.50 until July 31st.

Virtual Console on Wii U

• Adventure Island

Adventure Island will be available for €4.99/£3.49/CHF 7.00. It should be noted that this is the US version of the game.

• Pokemon Art Academy
