E3 2014 Nintendo Conference | Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire

During the Nintendo Digital Event at E3 today, Nintendo showed off a tech demo of the Pokémon remakes of Ruby and Sapphire. Titled Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire, the games’ character models differ greatly from their original Game Boy Advance sprites.

While the trailer focused mostly on battles, the game has clearly gone from its original sprites to fully 3D models, just like the recent Pokémon X and Y. Also shown were the Primal versions of Groudon and Kyogre.

The current release date is slated for November 21.
