Australian website Vooks took the opportunity today to ask Nintendo of Australia about the Wii U bundle for Wind Waker HD. Unfortunately, Nintendo told Vooks that they “do not have plans to release these in Australia and New Zealand at this stage.” So it’s looking like Australia will not be receiving the bundle, as was the case for Fire Emblem: Awakening.

When the latest quarterly financial report was released and listed the game as coming out next year, I… well, I thought it would be coming out next year. But apparently it’s not, which makes me very excited. I can’t wait for a release date!
