The MEGA MAN 2 official soundtrack which originally released only in Japan is now available for downloadable purchase. The soundtrack boasts an impressive 42 tracks and will cost $8.95. The soundtrack can be purchased digitally through the CAPCOM store.
The soundtrack for MEGA MAN 2 was composed in large by Takashi Tateishi though he was credited as “Ogeretsu Kun” which was not an uncommon practice for CAPCOM at the time. Manami Matsumae, who also composed music for the first Mega Man made some contributions to the soundtrack as well.
