Anarchy Reigns, the sort-of-crossover-brawler made by Platinum Games, was supposed to be released earlier this year. It was delayed to the summer of this year. Now, it has been delayed again to the first quarter of 2013; in North America and Europe, at least.

Previously, Platinum Games announced via Twitter that the release date for the game had been changed to “TBC”, which is corporate for “I dunno”. When questioned about this on Twitter, Sega’s American branch replied “The release of Anarchy Reigns has been re-evaluated. We can now expect to launch in Europe and America in Q1 2013.”

The game is set for a Japanese release on July 5th of this year. Oddly enough the Japanese version, which is region-locked, is already completely localized in English, French, Italian, and Spanish.
