BanG Dream! 2nd Season | HIDIVE Simulcast Announcement

HIDIVE has announced that they will simulcast BanG Dream! 2nd Season during the Winter 2019 anime season. They will stream the series in the following areas: North America, the United Kingdom, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Scandinavia, the Netherlands, Aruba, Curacao, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba, Latin America, Turkey, South America, and Central America.

HIDIVE will begin streaming BanG Dream! 2nd Season on January 3, 2019. It will be shown every Thursday at 14:00 UTC (9:00 AM EST/ 6:00 AM PST). The simulcast announcement comes off the heels of Sentai Filmworks’ licensing reveal.

Sentai Filmworks describes the upcoming show as follows:

BUSHIROAD’s smash-hit multimedia franchise returns for a second anime season! Kasumi and the rest of Poppin’Party may have achieved their goal, but it turns out they were just at the starting line. Performing is a lot of work, and, of course, they’re not the only band in town! Do they have what it takes to reach true musical stardom?

The new season will not only feature Poppin’Party, but will also feature bands shown in the BanG Dream! Girls Band Party mobile game. This includes the following bands: Roselia, Afterglow, Pastel*Palettes, and Hello, Happy World! RAISE A SUILEN, formerly known as THE THIRD(TBD), will also make an appearance in the show.

Are you ready to continue hanging out with Kasumi and all of her friends?
