Fans of other game creation software, such as the long-running RPG Maker series, may be interested in knowing that SapphireSoft’s SRPG Studio is coming to Steam to help users make strategy RPGs along the lines of the Fire Emblem series.
Like many other game creation software, SRPG Studio comes with all the tools you need to make a SRPG without having to know any coding, or having any artistic talent, or any of the other skills that typically go along with game development. It does however provide the option to import your own art assets, music, and videos. There will also be Steam Workshop support, and you’ll have the ability to share your games either for free or even as a paid product.
A price isn’t listed on the Steam page at the moment but the software launches tomorrow (August 20th) and you can currently download a demo if you want to give it a spin.
