Bandai Namco has announced that Majin Vegeta will be a playable character in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, and there will be new multiplayer modes in the game too. The new Expert Mission mode lets you take six players to go up against big bad bosses, emulating some of the most difficult moments that the Z Fighters themselves faced over the Dragon Ball series’ timeline. Bandai Namco also claims that Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will also feature twice the amount of quests the original had, and will include a new system for getting rare drops so you can get that outfit or special move you wanted so badly.
There will also be an upcoming open beta for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, the specifics of which will be announced at a later date. The beta will have players exploring Conton City, the main hub of the game which is much larger than Toki Toki City was in the first game.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will be coming out on October 25 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC on Steam.
