PRESS RELEASE

Visual Novel Developer Frontwing’s Indiegogo Campaign for Newest Work “Corona Blossom” to Launch on May 27th

Tokyo, Japan – May 25th, 2016 Frontwing is announcing the launch date of the Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign for their new project, “Corona Blossom”, which is planned for digital release in English on Steam before its physical release in Japan.

The campaign is planned to go live on May 27th, 2016. A variety of rewards will be available for backers.

“Corona Blossom” will be a comedy, featuring unique and cute characters typical of Frontwing games.

The staff working on this project include character artist nanaca mai, the illustrator for the super deformed art for the Grisaia series, and Yuhi Nanao, a scenario writer who worked on “Hatsuru Koto Naki Mirai Yori” (Hatsumira, or From the Future Undying). The two previously worked together on “Yukikoi Melt.”

The game will be localized in English by our brand new in-house translation team, the members of which are experienced Japanese to English translators who possess JLPT N1 certification or equivalent. They previously worked on “The Leisure of Grisaia,” which was released on Steam May 18th, 2016.

For more information, please visit the game’s official website (http://coroblo.com/) and watch the official Frontwing Facebook page (facebook.com/FrontwingINT) and Twitter account (twitter.com/FrontwingINT) for future updates on the “Corona Blossom Project”

About Frontwing
A developer of visual novels since April 1999. Starting with the release of our (Frontwing’s) first title, ‘Canary’ (Canaria: Kono Omoi o Uta ni Nosete), in August 2000, we have published a number of titles in the visual novel genre.
From high school romances to hardcore adult material, as well as titles which utilize 3D computer graphics, our games cater to a diverse range of interests. Our products and the characters they feature have come to represent the world of bishojo games.

Our most well-known game series is the Grisaia trilogy, which received an anime adaptation in 2014. Its first installment, “The Fruit of Grisaia,” is widely acclaimed and available on Steam, and the other two games in the series are still undergoing localization into English.

We are also planning a joint crowdfunding project with AKABEi SOFT2 to localize “Sharin no Kuni, Himawari no Shojo” (“Wheel Country, Sunflower Girl).
