About Steve Baltimore

Steve started with oprainfall not long after the campaign moved from the IGN forums to Facebook. Ever since, he has been fighting to give all non-mainstream RPGs a fair voice. As the site admin, he will continue to do this and even show there is value in what some would deem "pure ecchi." He loves niche games and anime more than anything... well, except maybe Neptune.

Hmmm… I feel FF XIII-2 should be $6.99, at least for Plus subscribers. That’s what it was this week for 360.

  • Tyrannikos

Really hoping XIII-2 includes some of its DLC. Or at least has DLC that’s on sale. Doubt it though.

I wish Final Fantasy I & II anniversary edition for PSP was on the PSN. I thought those were WAY better than the PS1 Origins version.

    • Matt

I agree. I only have a PSPGo, so I missed out on those, the Valkyrie Profile port, and the Metal Gear Acid games, too.

Ouch, that sucks. Should’ve gone with a PSP-2000 series (3000 series has a nasty design flaw with the disc cage, as I learned the hard way.) I greatly disliked the idea of the Go because of it being digital only when the PSN doesn’t have every game in the systems catalog, such as the ones you listed + game like:
      – Phantasy Star Portable & Portable 2
      – Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology
      – Ys: Ark of Napishtim [PSP version kinda sucks anyways due to rubberband glitch]
+ not being able to play games from other regions like:
      – Tales of Eternia [EU & JP only]
      – Breath of Fire III [EU & JP only]
      – Brandish: The Dark Revenant [JP only].
