In present-day Japan a deadly pandemic known as the “Outbreak” has started turning humans to zombies! The zombies, known as “Them” by most people, cause quite a panic, as you would expect. A group of high school students along with the school nurse and a young girl must fight their way to safety during this horrifying time through not only zombies, but their fellow dangerous survivors. Deep space salvage freighter The Corona gets a distress signal while it’s out on a mission. They then find a spaceship graveyard orbiting a space station, and the crew’s engineers, Miguel and Heintz, decide to get a closer look. It turns out the spaceship belongs to opera diva Eva Friedal who disappeared after her fiancée was murdered. The engineers split up to search the spaceship and start to experience some creepy paranormal activity! Miguel and Heintz begin to hallucinate and think they see Eva. Throughout their hallucinations they see many horrifying things and are subjected to seeing terrible things from their life that they would just as soon never see or experience again.
Pet Shop of Horrors
This horror anime follows Count D, who owns a pet shop in Chinatown. The pet shop offers rare and hard to get pets … and a little more! A contract goes along with each sale and as long as the rules of the contract are followed, everything will be fine. Break the rules of the contract, and the pet shop can’t help whatever unfortunate events occur. Homicide detective Leon Orcot has noticed that several odd and unexplainable deaths involved customers of Count D’s pet shop, and it’s his mission to find out what is going on!
Hellsing Ultimate
The original Hellsing anime did not follow the story quite as well as it should have. This OVA series follows the story in much closer detail. It follows the story of the Hellsing organization, who has been protecting Great Britain from the creepy things that go bump in the night for many years. They have one ultimate weapon, a powerful vampire named Alucard.
Death Note
The story for Death Note follows Light Yagami, a genius that is pretty bored with life. He soon finds a mysterious notebook called Death Note. Anyone whose name written in this book will die. Light soon plans to rid the world of all criminals and rule over his utopian world. Soon, however, he attracts the attention of world-famous investigator L, and a game of human chess begins.
