Do you have what it takes to be a Cardcaptor? Arika has just announced a new game called “Cardcaptor Sakura – Sakura and the Mysterious Card”! In it, the Clow cards have been scattered, and you must help Sakura collect them all. Using Mobage as a platform, the game will be available for iOS and Android mobile devices.
The game moves relatively quickly, and the illustrations are done by CLAMP. Patrolling an area allows you to collect cards, and each area has a different Clow Card “Boss”. After making a deck, cards can be combined to exceed their original limitations – however, each time cards are combined, there is a risk that the action may fail. Since it is a “social” game, there’s a possibility that there will be a multiplayer element to the game – however, this has not yet been confirmed.
The official website can be found here, though it looks like Arika is still working on it.
