XSEED has finally announced an official release date for the PS4 port of Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II. The game will release next month, on June 4th. You can either purchase the physical day one Relentless Edition for $49.99, or there will be a digital version available for $39.99. If you get the Relentless Edition, you’ll receive a copy of the game, an Ouroboros emblem pin, a musical selections CD which has 23 songs on it, a pack of 7 Sept-Terrion cards, a special SteelBook case and, it will all be contained in special outer packaging with a different design than the SteelBook. XSEED also mentions that Marvelous Europe will be launching the game in Europe and Australia on June 7th. Oh and also, there will be an option to transfer CS1 save data from your PS4, PS3 or PS Vita systems. Doing so will grant bonuses depending on various goals you accomplished in the first title. The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II gives players the chance to continue an upgraded version of this brilliant JRPG adventure on the PS4™ system. This new console version contains updated features not found in previous console versions of the game including dual voiceovers options for either English or Japanese audio and additional recorded English dialog scenes. Other new features have been designed for returning players will include the popular turbo mode option previously released in the PC versions of the series and in the recent PS4™ system release of The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel.
