NIS America has announced that they will be releasing The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero and The Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2 on September 10, 2026. The new versions support framerates up to 120 FPS and up to 4K resolution.

Both games will be available to purchase separately digitally for $39.99 each or together as a physical Deluxe Edition for $69.99. The Nintendo Switch 2 physical version is a Game-Key Card. A Limited Edition is available to pre-order now for $109.99 and includes the following:

Revisit Crossbell in this exciting chapter from the renowned The Legend of Heroes series! The site of an ongoing territorial struggle between the Erebonian Empire and the Republic of Calvard, Crossbell has developed into a prosperous city-state and one of the continent’s leading economic centers.
After three years away from his hometown, Lloyd Bannings returns in order to follow his late brother’s footsteps and join the Crossbell Police Department.
