Bandai Namco Entertainment has released a demo version for Echoes of Aincrad, a new action RPG set in the Sword Art Online universe. It is available to download now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Players will be able to experience the Beta Test chapter of the game which includes five full missions and the ability to try out every weapon. For the demo, character level and Weapon Proficiency are capped at Level 15 and Weapon Proficiency 3 respectively. Save data from the demo can be carried over to the game’s full version, but it cannot be used for Death Game Mode and can only be used on the same platform the demo was played on. Your avatar’s appearance is locked for the Beta Test chapter.
