Amid the busy week of E3 2021 announcements, we have a shorter Nintendo Download this time around.
Featured Games
Our first in a pair of featured titles this week is Strange Brigade ($31.49 | $34.99). A nameless tomb contains Seteki, a Witch Queen. She has been buried from history for 4,000 years, and now she has returned from the grave! It’s up to you to take on her mummified army in this third-person style quest to stop the resurrected Queen.
Next up, we have ENDER LILIES: Quietus of the Knights ($22.49 | $24.99). This is a fantasy RPG where you must uncover the mystery surrounding an unfortunate kingdom that has been destroyed by the Rain of Death. The adventure will be available on the Switch eShop on June 21st.
DLC
DOOM Eternal‘s first campaign expansion, The Ancient Gods – Part 1 ($19.99) has arrived.
“You pulled humanity back from the edge of extinction, but it came at a cost. Slaying the Kahn Maykr left an imbalance of power in the cosmos that threatens all of creation. Now you must rise and set things right.”
Current Sales
The sales scene is pretty busy this week in the Nintendo Download. Most of the sales from last week and earlier have ended, but a bunch of new ones are here now. The one non-game sale offer is that you can buy a Switch Online family membership and get a SanDisk 128GB microSDXC card free. The offer is available at Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, Target, and Walmart.
We also have a big Nintendo eShop sale with up to 50% off on a bunch of games. They include some first party games like the following, as well as a lot of third party titles.
- The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild ($41.99 | $59.99)
- Fire Emblem: Three Houses ($41.99 | $59.99)
- Paper Mario: The Origami King ($41.99 | $59.99)
- Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition ($41.99 | $59.99)
They also have plenty of bundles and DLCs on sale.
