Ebb Software has unveiled a brand new, 14 minute gameplay trailer of their first-person horror game, Scorn. The gameplay trailer shows a heavily updated version of a level that was first shown off back in 2017, albeit a different part of that level. The other difference, is that the game is now running on the Xbox Series X, and has been for just a few months now. The developers are still planning a number of additional optimizations for both the Xbox Series X and PC versions of the game prior to its 2021 launch.
The new video footage gives gamers a glimpse at the progress that the developers have made since then. Scorn has seen many changes over the last few years, such as new game systems, weapons, creatures, animations, and environments. Check out the new gameplay video right here:
The creatures you’ll meet in the sticky, very organic-looking passages of the upcoming horror game are initially passive. They don’t seem to care about your presence, until you do something to anger them. You probably don’t want to do that if staying alive is important to you. The press release also says that the environments and every encounter within them are designed to draw you into the world of Scorn and tell a specific story.
