A second season of Yuki Yuna Is a Hero has been announced. The second season, Yuki Yuna Wa Yusha de Aru (Yuki Yuna Is a Hero: Hero Chapter) is set to have 12 episodes like the first season. The first half of the season will be an adaption of Washio Sumi Wa Yusha de Aru and will be called Yuki Yuna Is a Hero: Washio Sumi Chapter. Some other news regarding the series has also been announced, such as how there will be theatrical screenings next March in Japan. There will also be a release of character songs and a new novel titled Nogi Sonoko wa Yusha de Aru. A PV was also released for the announcement of the new season.
