It been a while but, the release date for Steins;Gate 0 has finally been announced. The game will be released in Europe on November 25. It will be released a few days later on November 29 for North America. An announcement trailer was also released:

Steins;Gate 0 wil be released for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in Europe on November 25 and in North America on November 29.
