It would appear that there maybe a chance of Limited Run Games doing a physical run of the recently announced localisation of FuRyu’s psychological RPG Caligula, if this tweet from ATLUS PR Manager John Hardin is anything to go by.
I have no idea if a LRG partnership for physical Caligula is feasible, but unlike Y5, it’s not **impossible** Sales deals exceed my scope

It would appear that ATLUS may be open to doing a physical run via Limited Run Games, which so far have been limited to indie titles such as Saturday Morning RPG and more recently Octodad: Dadliest Catch, the latter of which is going on sale this Sunday. However it would appear that they would need to look at the prospect in more detail before a concrete decision is made.
There is still a market for physical PS Vita games in the West, so if this comes to fruition it is likely to sell out like all other Limited Run projects. I myself would love to see this happen.
Caligula will be coming to the PS Vita via PSN in North America and Europe in early 2017.
