The newest Mario Party game, announced yesterday for Nintendo 3DS, has received a gameplay trailer. Mario Party: Star Rush is breaking away from some of the conventions the series is known for to provide a quicker experience with some new twists. You start out as Toad on a board where you have more freedom of movement. From there, you collect classic Mario cast members scattered across the board, whom you can swap in to play the various minigames, which seem more involved than previous installments. All turns will happen simultaneously, and there will be fewer tutorials so getting you into the action is quicker. This is shaping up to be quite a unique and fun looking Mario Party experience.
