Zero Escape: Virtue’s Last Reward, the acclaimed sequel to 999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors, has finally gotten an official price drop, $10 off to be exact. Its original MSRP of $39.99 USD has been lowered to $29.99 for both PlayStation Vita and Nintendo 3DS versions. This new price will be offered for both physical and digital forms. If you own a 3DS, you can acquire the game digitally for even less on the Nintendo eShop for $24.99.
Zero Escape: Virtue’s Last Reward was considered one of the best games of 2012, garnering a perfect score from our own Scott McDonald as well as earning Best Story and Best Multiplatform awards from us earlier this year. And coming from a previous game lauded as one of the best in 2010, that’s saying something. If you enjoy visual novels, this is one not to miss, especially if you enjoyed 999 and Aksys’ other localized visual novels.
