At Anime Expo 2026, the first character visuals and voice cast members for Melty Blood: Twi-Lumina were revealed. Ryosuke Kanemoto reprises his role as Shiki Tohno while Kaori Ishihara was revealed as the voice of Len. As for the character visuals, Shiki sheds his school uniform from Type Lumina in favor of a more casual outfit. For Len, we get to see her full visual which was previously previewed in the announcement teaser.

Melty Blood: Twi-Lumina is scheduled to launch in early 2027 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. It is developed by FRENCH-BREAD and published by Aniplex. The game supports multiple text languages including Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Spanish, French, and Portuguese.
